Who we are
Ardent Wealth Management ("we") builds WealthWizard and is preparing to offer financial services. Contact: aaron@ardentdojo.com.
What we collect
Contact information you send us, such as your name, email address and what you ask about.
Interest registrations: if you register interest in our planned financial services, what you tell us about yourself and what you are looking for.
WealthWizard account data: a username, a hashed password and your roles. When you connect a brokerage, the credentials or tokens it issues (for Charles Schwab, an OAuth token from Schwab's own login; for Alpaca, the API keys you enter) are stored encrypted at rest, used only to read your accounts and place the orders you request, and never shown back to the browser or phone.
Trading data: positions, orders, fills, watchlists, chart and indicator settings, risk limits and the activity log WealthWizard needs to work.
Technical data: server logs and application telemetry used to keep services running. This website uses no cookies, advertising trackers or third-party analytics.
How we use it
Only to respond to you, to provide WealthWizard, to contact you about our services if you asked us to, to meet legal obligations, and to keep our systems secure. We do not sell personal information.
Who else sees it
Your brokerages receive the orders you place and return your account data; their own privacy policies apply to what they hold. Our systems run on Microsoft Azure in the United States. Market data comes from Alpaca and Tiingo; requests to them carry symbols, not your identity. We may disclose information where the law requires it.
Retention and deletion
We keep information while we work together and afterwards for as long as the law requires. Ask us at aaron@ardentdojo.com to delete what we are not required to keep; WealthWizard broker tokens are revoked at the broker where the broker allows it.
Security
Connections use TLS. Broker credentials are encrypted at rest with a key held in a managed key vault. Access to production systems is restricted.
Children
Our services and products are not directed at anyone under 18.
Changes
If this policy changes, the new version is posted here with a new effective date.
